Hello Patrons!

We're all set to record another podcast but would love some more questions from the listeners. If you've already asked a podcast question that has not yet been answered, you don't need to ask it again, as we have made a note of all our favourite submissions and hope to address them in future episodes.

Remember, as our esteemed financial supporters, we'll be exclusively coming to you for weekly discussion topics, so please read the following guidelines before submitting:

- No controversial or naughty questions please

- This is a video game podcast about video games so please keep the questions video-game-related

- If there's a particular event or happening in the industry that you'd like us to discuss in detail, feel free! We like to address one 'big question' per week to headline each show, and pepper in smaller questions throughout

- Try to avoid topics we've covered before

- "Questions on a postcard" (don't make your question too long!)

- We ask for questions on Tuesday and typically record on Thursday morning, so try to get your questions in before then

- If your question isn't answered, don't despair! We keep a log of all questions and sometimes sub in older ones, so it could be answered in a future episode

Thanks all! We look forward to reading through your offerings, and we can't overstate how much we appreciate your support on Patreon and elsewhere!

Tweet tweet on the street!! Hi Ben and Peter I've just been treated to a strange advert on YousTubes about Monster energy drink promo for Halo infinite... (probably something to do with Al Gore's rhythms) https://www.monsterenergy.com/news/monster-energy-x-halo-infinite Do you think that this may be the start of a new trend with more in-game product promotions and endorsements and do you think these will eventually replace mictotransactions as a source of financial revenue for developers/publishers? All the best and toodlepip!!

Dear Uncle Ben and tiny Peter Parker. Wiith recent stories of players having their PS5's crashing whilst attempting to leave Spiderman Remastered in rest mode, and others being left unable to download their games from the PlayStation store, it's not been the best of starts for Sony's console launch. I know both you boys have gone in and gotten the PS5 at launch, as is almost a requisite for your jobs, but if you weren't at the cutting edge of video game news and entertainment would you still think that you would get new consoles at launch or wait for some of the bugs to be ironed out? With the launch of the PS3 there was obviously the advantage of a limited run of backwards compatability consoles, so would potential 'day 1' editions of consoles with extra features/more memory almost be worth the risk of having a potentially buggy console? Love all the work you both do to keep us all entertained and I'm glad I can finally support you with some patreon dolla. kees kees.
