Hello Patrons!

We're all set to record another podcast but would love some more questions from the listeners. If you've already asked a podcast question that has not yet been answered, you don't need to ask it again, as we have made a note of all our favourite submissions and hope to address them in future episodes.

Remember, as our esteemed financial supporters, we'll be exclusively coming to you for weekly discussion topics, so please read the following guidelines before submitting:

- No controversial or naughty questions please

- This is a video game podcast about video games so please keep the questions video-game-related

- If there's a particular event or happening in the industry that you'd like us to discuss in detail, feel free! We like to address one 'big question' per week to headline each show, and pepper in smaller questions throughout

- Try to avoid topics we've covered before

- "Questions on a postcard" (don't make your question too long!)

- We ask for questions on Tuesday and typically record on Thursday morning, so try to get your questions in before then

- If your question isn't answered, don't despair! We keep a log of all questions and sometimes sub in older ones, so it could be answered in a future episode

Thanks all! We look forward to reading through your offerings, and we can't overstate how much we appreciate your support on Patreon and elsewhere!

- Peter and Ben

Hello Ben and Peter! I know you have discussed on many occasions what games mean the most to you and have a positive experience with, but my question for you guys is: are there any games that you have a negative experience with. More specifically, any games that you might have played during a bad time in your life. Thanks for all the wonderful content and entertainment! -Steven Scodes

Hey guys, I've started putting money aside for the PS5 so I can get it when it launches, but I've been thinking that these console wars are getting a bit old now. Do you think we'll see that decline in a few years and there won't really be a rivalry like there is now?

Hi Ben and Peter (or Peter and Ben, if you wanna get serious about this). I’m really excited for the new Crash game on PS4 but can’t help thinking it’s a shame that it’s not a launch title for the PS5. With the new generation of consoles coming out soon, are you less likely to want to pick up new releases on the older consoles? Slán agus bannacht 🇮🇪 @becauseimbrian

Hey guys, What's your opinion on the state and usage of remastered/reworked etc, games? I personally feel like some developers take advantage of this idea by doing the bare minimum or just polishing up the graphics but leaving the gameplay untouched, issues and all. Games such as Mafia 2 appear to have followed this lazy route, where as Resident Evil 2 seemed to do it properly. How would you fix the issue of developers, essentially, making it up as they go along in terms of how they should remaster a game? Also, when's the next worst games ever stream? Cheers, Callum

Hi boys hope you're well, sorry about the long question, big discussion possibly? What do you think the influence of games will be with the release of dreams? Do you think the people developing fan games will be picked up by developers like with the net yaroze console, and do you think this will increase the amount of good indie games being released due to them picking up a following from dreams? Love the great content you guys are still releasing - keep it up!

If you could choose a game or a series of games for Ben or Peter to play and complete, what would it be? Would love to see that as it's own show! 🙂 thank you for all the amazing content during lockdown .

Hey Lads, hope all is well. One has to go and be bought from scratch, Ben's Gameboy collection or Peters PlayStation collection. Decide

Hey guys, with many independent developers making 2D 8-bit games like Undertale and Celeste, do you think there would be any novelty in modern developers making PS2/Spyro era style games? (Chunkier graphics, older style music and controls, ect)

Hello Ben and Peter, Do you have a guilty pleasure game that you know Is awful but love to play?

Following the PS5 reveal, social media has been a buzz with discussion over its style. Personally, I like the stylistic look, over the more traditional box look. So my question is, what is your guy’s favourite consoles from their style and look?

When feeling burntout or discouraged about games, is there a game you fall back on to restore your faith or maybe even your head out about the fun and value of games?
