Hello Patrons!

We're all set to record another podcast but would love some more questions from the listeners. If you've already asked a podcast question that has not yet been answered, you don't need to ask it again, as we have made a note of all our favourite submissions and hope to address them in future episodes.

Remember, as our esteemed financial supporters, we'll be exclusively coming to you for weekly discussion topics, so please read the following guidelines before submitting:

- No controversial or naughty questions please

- This is a video game podcast about video games so please keep the questions video-game-related

- If there's a particular event or happening in the industry that you'd like us to discuss in detail, feel free! We like to address one 'big question' per week to headline each show, and pepper in smaller questions throughout

Thanks all! We look forward to reading through your offerings, and we can't overstate how much we appreciate your support on Patreon and elsewhere!

- Peter and Ben

The decade is coming to an end and I was wondering what some of your favourite games of the past ten years have been. I recently did a wee twitter thread about mine and it reminded me of some of the absolutely incredible games that have been released since 2010. What have some of your favourites been?

When I’ve been looking at all of the games of the year lists I realize that this year felt a little lacking. I rationalized it by saying that devs are holding out for the next consoles so the year before is going to be light. However, the top half of next year is packed with games that interest me more than most all this year (i.e. Cyberpunk, Final Fantasy VII, Ori, Animal Crossing, Persona 5 Royal, The Avengers, The Last of Us). My question: is it just me not being interested in the games that did come out this year making it feel like a lackluster year or was it an off year? Or was last year such a strong year for games that this year is just living in its shadow?
