Well, today I posted in lemmasoftforum (the ren'py forum) the last problem with the inventory and I think I can't fix that problem...

I have no news from Kinjo, and I sent a message like a week ago, so I guess he is so busy right now.

Basicaly, you could play the game if you don't closed , you could save and load and craft without problem.

But, if you closed the game, the craft system stop working for some reason and well, depends when you save, you can not finish the game..

I thought in sell this game on dlsite , like the normal version of Stroke of madness, but probably, that game will be without saves (as a hard version xD)

I will not use that inventory system in the next games and that make me think on something...

The thing is, maybe is time to try with other software, I wanna ask you , because I make this things for you gentlemen, you spend money and time for something, and I wanna make something great for you...

I though in RPGmaker (and then add some rpg elements)...

..or unity, the community of unity have a lot of free packages to make a lot of things.

Don't worry about the ideas, I could adapt the story to middle rpg and visual novel.

Well, I know probably I need more time to make something in a new software, but maybe the result worst the wait, I don't know.

Oh , and we can still with ren'py, but commission other inventory with craft system.

Just let me know what do you think in the comments.

When I have the fix version of the text I'll upload the beta and I'll send you in a private message here as I said :)

As usual, thank you very much for your support and for your patience!

I love that chibi Eloise :D As for the program to use, I don't know, I'm not sure what would be the best, but to be honest, some rpg element would be cool :) And don't worry, I'm ready to wait a little more if it help you solve the problem :)

Please don't use RPGmaker, most of those games seem to drag endlessly and the hopelessly outdated graphics make it even worse.

Moving to Unity would probably be your best bet since it has the most support nowadays.

What does renpy code look like. Maybe I can easily translate it to flash. Edit: Hmmm, that's nothing I would call real code. So not easily importable.

The beta version will be ready when I'll receive the fixed text, About the final game I'll probably commission a new inventory code :) thanks for care :D

While the inventory system is still a work in progress, I'm sure most people here (myself included), would be happy to see the new version while that's being worked on. How is the remainder progressing?

Delirium is finished, just need fixing the text and revise for some bugs and details, I'll send the beta version to abominatreons when I have the fixed text :)
