Its a rough idea of what i was going for, still needs cleaned up, and obviously can't forget the facial animations but you'll get to see them in the next First Look no point in doing a 4.5 for this one since WIP 3 was the same position just without the transition in speeds.  Going for a slav apartment feel and its looking good so far.
