SO a lot of things happened during the production of this animation. Had to reinstall sfm twice which did absolutely nothing for my problems. sfm crashed and was perma minimized (didn't know that was a thing) eventually i got help from a friend on discord. THEN i tried to export an older video  as a gif and ended up destroying my desktop with every single frame from said video having its own file. so my desktop was completely covered by frames ended up having about 10000 files to delete.

eventually things have been sorted out and are finally straight again for the most part also this is the first time I've used multiple facial animations so it looks kinda robotic but im sure i'l fix it with time
