So, whoa! The whole behind-the-scenes thing blew up way more than we thought! It's like the liveliest post in years – how awesome is that?

Since a whopping 90%+ of you are down for the behind-the-scenes art-mageddon, and we totally underestimated the hype, let's throw in another poll. This time, it's about where you want to catch these sneak peeks – on Discord, or should we double down and share them here on Patreon too?

Initially, we figured Discord-only to keep our Patreon page spick and span. But, hey, if you're all about it, we're cool dropping them here too for your ease.

So, the saga of sketching the pic from the last post continued. Got into the nitty-gritty with the lineart and started sculpting the character. But, oh boy, when it came to Luna's face, I hit a bit of a mental roadblock. Here's the lowdown:

Being a bit of a drawing greenhorn, facial features are like my creative kryptonite. Plus, it hit me – we've only ever showcased Luna head-on. No character sheets to guide the way either, making it a mental gymnastics challenge.

To break this artistic blind spot, I went all-out and sketched Luna's face in a variety of styles as an exercise. Check it out:

1. Anime: Classic and beloved.
2. Cartoon: Inspired by 'Jack the Samurai' nostalgia.
3. Disney: Getting warm with that source material vibe.
4. Style Fusion: Tried blending all the styles. Quite the exercise!

The grind paid off big time! Nailed down Luna's character in the right style, thanks to this creative journey.
