The hand game is actually quite fun, basically if you match gestures you get to put down your blue card as a +1 , if you are last to do the double hand gesture you are given the yellow card from the person who had the card as a -1 , at the end of the pile you just add it all up The last part is awesome , good for the team but then again I think of all the other groups that we support and hope they have a good support system around them too and working companions, the staff might not all be friends with them, but hopefully very close colleagues and a caring group
