Remember how I said he's a little embarrassed about his quirk? This is why! 

His quirk is called extend! It allows him to stretch out his skin/flesh to interesting lengths! The only issue is he can't stretch his bones so limbs can only move so far from the joints they're connected to. But anything not bound by bones is free game!

Funnily enough, inheriting this quirk allows his son Hell Boy to grow as big as possible during demon transformation!
