An idea that has been bouncing around in my head for sometime, while figuring out fun l3wd items you can equip during your adventure in Nekomancer, The enchanted b-plugs! each with their own Pros and Cons, Granting you abilities while you struggle to keep your cool with such a large thing stuck way up there~ 

honestly, this is just a concept, if anyone has any suggestions on how to go about these please feel free to comment.

It should have different sizes and you have to wear smaller ones to adjust before using bigger ones. The bigger it is the bigger pros and cons should be. What about adding pleasure/arousal bar? In such case there will be possibilities to increase such value when using such tools (as well as other ones, if you are planning on adding it in future). Interacting with charmed mobs will reset (or just decrease) arousal value. If this bar hits the end, mc will jump on closest mob in room or start self pleasuring if he is alone. Just some thoughts

Maybe you could have buttplug tails that allow you to transform into different animals with varying appearances and abilities. Like for example a tanooki buttplug (obvious SMB 3 reference) and it would change your physical appearance (tanookis in Japanese myth have massive balls) and your primary attack would change into a spinning tail swipe (like in SMB 3).
