Contemplative Durim (Patreon)

Sometimes I just wanna work on the bust of a fine-looking chap and really take my time with the details of face, beard and body hair. This is an older character of mine, Durim. He's the son of a Duergar father and Shield Dwarf mother which unfortunately means he isn't truly accepted by either society. As such he lives the life of a hermit on the outskirts of a Dwarven city where he grows mushrooms, root vegetables and collects ore and crystal deposits from the caverns near his homestead. Though he lives a mostly solitary existence, he's still made friends with wandering merchants and dreams of the world beyond his books and farm.
