Furry Faculty Member: Sensei Kaneko (Patreon)

Within the last year, Woodview Academy has opened up a Kendo dojo and welcomed Sensei Asahi Kaneko, the Sika Deer to teach there. He is known to his pupils as a very kind and fair man, albeit somewhat reserved. Once he has a shinai (bamboo sword) in his hands however, he becomes a no-nonsense, stern instructor! His students know better than to slack off or misbehave during one of Sensei Kaneko's demonstrations. Occasionally, when one of his class members shows promise, he will take them under his wing, offering private instruction in his dojo after it has closed for the day. There are some rumors going around that the old buck tends to find his armor restrictive in these sessions, preferring to show off his form unencumbered!
