Makes me wonder how’s the story of the cheerleader captain and her family lol

HotDog89

This is probably the most character development we’ve gotten from this kid. His h-game premise of a life escalated from cheerleaders to supermodels and is about to break the ceiling into supes. I know this series isn’t technically about characters so much as porn, but it is nice to get a little meat on an OC.

We'll probably never see them, but rest assured they're in his harem somewhere

Thank you, yeah we haven't gotten much backstory on Miles besides his mentioning in the Emma Frost chapter that he had "made supermodels beg for his cum." I've definitely thought about doing an "Early days" story with how he discovered his powers and first started manifesting them in high school... working his way through the hottest girls in school, then moving to their moms and draining their bank accounts, absorbing entire families overnight.

^this I already looking forward to it 😍

I've read the full comic from the Limited Time Tier and (no spoilers here) I think this comic is the best so far in terms of visually establishing the world in which it takes place: the random people at the bar and on the street, the female bartender we glimpse who is presumably but not explicitly under Miles's control, etc. I think it adds something to this story that we start off with Miles encountering Mary Jane in a normal, "real world" type of setting and go from there. Their interaction in the bar really helps flesh out both characters' personalities. As other Patrons mentioned, I like that we're getting more hints at Miles's history and what kind of operation he's got running. Although Submission Agenda may be classified as a "porn comic" I have to say that I'm probably more invested in Miles as a character than most of the villains in Marvel/DC comics these days.

Thanks so much, I love your takeaways. I definitely intended it to be the most "real-world" feeling, especially because we're seeing Miles out in the world for the first time, interacting with a non-heroine character. The focus of the series so far has usually been about targeting heroines, removing their powers or drawing them to him in some way -- many chapters take place in Miles' offices or monitor room. Here we see what a character like Miles might actually be like in the Marvel Universe. Likewise I wanted to establish Mary Jane as a real character -- someone we're used to seeing through her interactions and relationship with Peter, the love of her life. But how would she treat a nobody, a punk kid, at a bar? Perhaps a little rudely, using her own fame and privilege to deflect his advances. And yes, the bartender is definitely working for Miles as well. Glad you caught that ;)
