Hello there,

Today, I have a different story to share with you. It's not about a favorite session or some beautiful photographs. Instead, it's about a disappointing experience with something that I was really excited about.

You know how important my business is to me and I always strive to perfect every little detail. 

I was in need of new business cards and product tags. I went to a printing service that came highly recommended by a friend, hoping for a quick and efficient service. However, I was in for a rude awakening.

Firstly, the wait time was extremely long. This means 4 months. Not hours, not days or weeks - MONTHS. This was frustrating as I had other things to do, and I kept postponing and using old materials as I had no other choice.

Secondly, the customer service was poor. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in helping me with my printing needs. They did not pay attention to the desired needs and we ended up with business cards that not only had shifted print but also were not laminated as was requested in the mail.

Lastly, the printing malfunctioned. The printed pages were of poor quality, with smudges and ink blotches on some of them. The product looks as if I printed them out on my own printer. Most of the logos on both ends are cropped and some of the text is not visible.

To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.

I will need to request some new ones since these are not usable and I am a bit ashamed of the final result. I will still try to use them, as I hate to see them go to waste.

However, it still stings a bit - I am sure I will get over it rather quickly.

Crossing my toes and fingers for the next batch. :D
