Hello! I am super excited to share this info with you!  

I have lost 10kg these past few months!! I was nearly 60kg when I started dieting and exercising. I didn't feel good about my body and the extra shapes I had. I was really determined to lose some weight, AND IT FINALLY HAPPENED.  

I feel much more confident now! I will continue to exercise and try to build some lean muscles 😏😏😏. We are doing this!
