I mentioned that I will be getting into shape this year. Now seems like a good time to start!

In addition to the workout regime, I will be continuing eating healthy and clean. Carbs will be just a good memory. No sweets, no bread, no rice. 😢

I will miss my potatoes. 😭 I absolutely love potatoes in all shapes and ways. 🥔🥔🥔 It is the holy food for me. The superior veggie. It will be a hard journey to "slim hood".

BUT I am not giving up on the idea! I know that I have to look for myself in order to feel happy!

I actually tried the 2020's one, but it is too hard for me ..at least for now. hehe
