Krystal HD ( +1 Version) + Stickers Update (Patreon)

In a very unoriginal fashion, Krystal was one of the early reasons I got into furries. I had been meaning to draw her for a while, and finally after several attempts I got a post I was happy with. Art has been mega-blocked this month so I was happy to get this picture out. I also changed my lineart brush. It feels a lot more natural to work with.

I got really hung up on the background for this image. Despite it being pretty simple, I wasn't happy with the leaf brush I got from the internet so I ended up making my own. I still need more practice with it, but I'm happier with this brush than the one I had previously. I'll include the brush in the attachments in case anyone wants to try it out in Sai2 (Just be sure to set the minimum density to 100%)

Stickers

I apologize for the delays. It wasn't my fault this time! I had placed the order way back on January 10th and for some reason they didn't ship one of the designs in the set. They didn't even start printing it until after the other two arrived in the mail. I barely received those in the mail this morning and immediately went to work shipping them out as soon as possible. They've been shipped out now and should be arriving near the weekend.

Otherwise, I'm very happy with how the designs came out (Possibly my favorite set so far). There is one slight thing I should mention. For some reason, the kobold print has these slight creases/lines near the neck that you can see when the light hits it right. Unfortunately 80% of them have those lines. Normally I try to spot defective ones, but it seems that was the case with almost all of them so I had to continue shipping them out. I will say though that it's not too bad. I'm a very picky person when it comes to stickers having defects and to me, the line isn't bothersome.

Sketchbook

You may have noticed that there wasn't a halfbook this month. It was kind of bumpy getting stuff done through January, but I'll have a slightly smaller-than-usual sketchbook posted within a few days

Other

I have some more exclusives in store for the end of this month. One of them is mostly finished. Once again thank you for supporting me here on Patreon!

As a side note I will be putting up all of the art between January and December on Gumroad for sale as one large art pack. I'm currently looking into a way of distributing it for free to Patrons who supported me in 2018 so you can conveniently have it all in one place. I'll make a more detailed post once it's ready. I figured this was the best solution since it would be really weird having a pack for sale for $10 while someone could easily just pledge $5 and grab the pack off of here instead. Something feels kind of wrong about that, like I would be "tricking" people into joining my Patreon by offering a discount and that doesn't vibe with me. Hell, I have a hard time even mentioning Patreon on social media and I don't like posting teasers. The only way I would post teasers is if I got a comic started... Speaking of which, I'll post a poll soon on what the theme is going to be.
