Ewwo UwU (Patreon)

As some may know Paypal joined the sanctions against Russia by blocking all russian users. The best part is that they didn't bother to send out an email saying at least something and just blocked all Russian IPs. But I digress.

Patreon's only two options for withdrawing money are Payoneer and Paypal, both of which are currently blocking Russian accounts and money transfers. So what it means is that I no longer have an option to withdraw any money from Patreon. All the money I currently have and any future patronages are stuck in Patreon's limbo.

I will keep on drawing rewards for people in the specific Patreon tiers, and essentially keep everything like usual, but I probably won't be seeing any money any time soon or at least until the situation clears. Though I'm not gonna lie - I'd rather get a direct bank transfer option or something instead of being uncertain about the fate of them moneys.

That said I do hope that Patreon won't suddenly confiscate money from my account as if I'm some sort of Russian oligarch. I mean It's not like I have a lot saved here (300 bucks at a time of writing), but I do hope that the money here are secure and eventually I'll be able to get them. :D

Money I made from Patreon helped me emencelly, so while I cling to it, hoping that situation clears, an inability of me making a living on Patreon is sure disheartening. Especially paired with Paypal situation, since Paypal was literally the only way I was getting paid for my artwork. But anyway, whining aside:
