Report it immediately to Twitter and show that you are the rightful owner of the twitter account so there isn't anything to DCMA...

Yeah, you’ll need to submit a counter-notification. Look at https://help.twitter.com/en/rules-and-policies/copyright-policy for the phrase “My content was removed from Twitter” a bit down the page
