Hi, I have never done a live on insta before. I might do one today. Any advise?

I would definitely recommend using a stand for your phone if you are going to be standing or sitting in one place. When I stream walking my dog for friends, I have a grip attachment for my phone just to make it ergonomic to hold onto the phone.
