I also like 2, we can see your eyes really well and it's really dynamic. 😍

Also #2 - or the last one. The flare catches some attention. It's also a good idea to compare photos for thumbnails in really small size. Sometimes other things are important when images are small. Like #2 is slightly out of focus, compared to the others, but for thumbnail size that does not matter at all.
