I would never make a instagram account as they put too many restriction on nsfw so please report it!

Yeah they're really picky who can report stuff. I don't think you need to make an account to report this person. I sent some links in Discord, hope it helps.

Make an Instagram account so you have a better chance of getting the fake account banned. You don't need to post anything if you don't want to but it will help with future art theves having an account.
