In their defense, who doesn't scramble for the limit break once it's up?

Literally every one of my party members when I'm on healer, tank, or ranged DPS for some reason. So many people don't even use the LB3 on phase 2 of Ultima weapon. Let alone double stack that LB2 prior to the LB3 unlocking.
