Hey everyone!

We’re happy to finally return to making some East Asian inspired maps. It’s been a while!

This map is inspired by Buddhist rock hewn cave temples, as well as mandalas and holy mountains. The character depicted in the statue is left ambiguous so that its easier for you to fit into whatever mythology your world has.

Hopefully this map will make a nice training retreat for your monk or possibly a good place for a spiritual awakening or an encounter with a wise old dragon.

This looks amazing! Love it. Any chance we’ll get a corresponding cave—maybe with other statues within? That could be cool!

It still amazes me how each month you provide us with such beautiful and creative maps!! They also seem to be so well timed with my current d&d campaign! Thank you so much for this one

Fits in perfectly with the stories I'm running right now, love it! Looking forward to the full Alchemy launch too.

This reminds me of the modular cave tiles you released a long time ago. I know the tiles aren't what you prefer to do, but they have been an amazing help when my campaigns need a quick map. Any chance of doing more modular tiles?!

I'm actually starting a campaign soon and this fits the setting perfectly!!!

We're not completely against it, we just need to find a theme people want to see. :)

Duckling Duckins

Well well well, if that doesn't give my monks something to do nothing will get their lazy asses up from meditation! Looks great!

Wow, sometimes a DM opens up the various resources in search of something for next session, and the perfect thing just appears right away. Thanks indeed.
