I would love an Airship Port espeically if you do an Astral/Cosmic colorway cause I'm gonna be running a spelljammer campaign and I've got a folder of all your astral/cosmic variants lol.

Your take on some old timey classics would likely be stunning. Bandit Camp/Cave. Logging camp. Druid enclave. Party mansion. General good store.

Hmm I've looked at that one, but doesn't really scratch the guild itch for me. Needs living quarter's and such. Similar to the Adventurer's Guildhall and Thieves Guild Hideout.
