In Dungeon Meshi, we learn that the elf mage Marcille Donato is eerily silent when relieving herself in the dungeon.*

Her teammate Chilchuck speculates that she uses a spell to teleport the poop directly out of her body. I like where his head's at, but I think a silence spell is a likelier explanation.
