I wouldn't call you a moron (lol). It's a valid question since alternative speeds are featured a lot but two speeds (normal and faster) are usually enough for me. Maybe in context - like a virginity losing scene or an anal scene - a slower/normal/faster progression makes more sense.

Maybe add the faster/slower menu choices and then add an option to enable/disable them in Preferences.
