To answer your question, the Marinette that originally wrote her name was erased, and the one who erased it stayed. So essentially it’s 2 separate timelines, one of the Chat Blanc timeline, and the one of the current. So that means Marinette only knows what she saw during the fight with Chat Blanc, and it’s why she called him so suddenly at the end. But what happened leading up to the Chat Blanc timeline is a complete mystery to her, and you’ll see how it affects her in season 4 and onward
