I thought it was terrific that this whole episode is a callout to "Disney's Adventure of the Gummi Bears" tv series. It is on Disney+, and you only need to see one or two episodes to understand the whole backstory of this episode. The show itself was so-so, but the theme song was very catchy.

Fun fact: the whole episode was basically a reference to Adventures of the Gummi Bears, an old Disney Afternoon show from waaayy back when (yes, really, lol). The figures shown during the auction, when Scrooge was explaining the origin of the page they were after were those Gummi Bears from the show. Even the formula's ingredients and order was also a reference as well iirc. So this one episode alone had references to two Disney Afternoon shows (the aforementioned Gummi Bears and Darkwing Duck, that being F.O.W.L. and S.H.U.S.H, both organizations being from that show originally). It's interesting that S.H.U.S.H and F.O.W.L are both real but Darkwing Duck himself is just a TV show in this universe.

Gummy Bears, bouncing here and there and everywhere! High adventure that’s beyond compare, we are the Gummy Bears!

As many different older Disney shows as the reference I might have to look to see if they make a Gargoyles reference like a background statue or something. Though admittedly anything beyond that would be strange since Gargoyles took place in a human based world. I mean we've already had a Talespin reference with them mentioning Cape Suzette, a Darkwing Duck reference, and now a Gummi Bears reference.

Yeah, there's no way I believe Black Heron is dead. When it comes to spies, you should never assume they're dead unless you see the body.

they might reference it via a horror movie or something? like the humans there are so scary looking. idk
