After that night at the banquet, Victor went to meet Yuri the next day so he would be his coach, but since Yuri didn’t remember that night he never showed up. Victor thought that this meant Yuri didn’t want him to be his coach so that’s why until that video of Yuri skating to Victor’s routine was posted, Victor didn’t coach Yuri. That’s also why when Victor saw Yuri, he was very flirty with him, but when he realized he didn’t remember the banquet he was super embarrassed from being over the top flirty with Yuri :)

Love your reaction to this wonderful anime! I feel exactly the same way as you do. Looking forward to seeing the movie and hopefully a season two. But you should think about doing Princess Jellyfish or the wallflower. Both are fantastic. And I think you would enjoy either one of them.
