The guy in the villain's group who worries me most, aside from Overhaul, is the guy in white. His name is Chronostasis, they showed it on screen during the phone call, reading into his name he could have some kind of time freeze power. I'm also gonna guess the guy in the hospital set up room is the head of the group, at least in title, as when they talked about Overhaul several episodes the term they used to describe his position implied 2nd in command. I dont remember exactly what term they used and I'm too lazy to search the video for it, but I remember being surprised it implied he wasn't the head of the group, though if the official head is in that kind of condition it would make sense.
