I had a feeling youd like Nejire. One important part about this episode that plays a role later is the demonstration that powers can awaken to new levels. Kirishima is far from the only character you'll see do this over time by displaying an upgraded version of their quirk. (I'm not gonna consider this a spoiler as it's a very common trope in shonen anime and any anime that involves battle in general and I'm not gonna reveal who it happens with, plus with the way it happens in the manga some characters might not even have it happen this season as I'm not sure how far season 4 will go into the manga.) The other big thing the episode of course being the specialty bullets, but they made sure to make sure everyone knows they are important, kinda made sure they were right up front. Especially considering they hinted to them earlier in the season.
