Totally had forgotten that this episode took place here. If I remember correctly it aired the same week the movie was released in Japan. It's a cute episode. I knew it was coming up but I couldn't remember if it took place during the test or just after.

I don't think it does because even in the intro part All Might refers to it as a side story. I could be wrong, but that was the impression I got.
