I always had alot of feelings about this episode. I love how Horikoshi ( The author) sidestepped the trope about getting over past trauma right away with Todoroki, and I like how the fight was purposely disappointing fight wise, because we the audience are supposed to feel Bakugou's frustration. The ending was pretty emotional for both of them in a way, I also find it great that Bakugou actually seemed pleased that Deku cheered Todoroki on- which was hilarious to me. The only thing that always feels 'off' to me is the chaining up a student thing. I know it was played for laughs but its still kinda weird to me XD

My favorite little detail in this episode is that when Todoroki visits his mom, the shot of her turning around to greet him is positioned with a close up on the back of her head; the exact same way as when she turns around during the "boiling kettle" scene, except now her eyes are gentle. Very excited for the next arc here, this whole season is just stellar. Have fun!
