JUN. 2021 REWARD (Lineart) (Patreon)

This month's reward, just like last June, will be a remake of an older work of mine, and as per your vote, the work in question is "Hiccup and Jack Doublestocked", which was originally posted a whopping nine years ago! For this piece, I figured it was once again time to see how much I've improved since that time, and with plenty of referencing and a little more artistic growth under my belt, I'd say this is quite an improvement compared to what I originally produced. The original pic had only the two ticklees in the title - Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III from the How To Train Your Dragon films and Jack Frost from Rise of the Guardians - but because I wanted to be a little more clever about this updated version, I decided to also add in the other two members of the "Big Four", better known in the Tumblr fandom community as "Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons". The ticklers are therefore Merida from Brave and Rapunzel from Tangled, making it a humorous case where the DreamWorks  characters are being dominated by the Disney/Pixar ones, a fitting if coincidental parallel to how animated movies from the two studios have fared against each other in most film award ceremonies. XD I swear I was cackling like a supervillain on the inside the entire time when I was sketching this, because I'm pretty sure some of you following me wouldn't have wanted to be reminded of the sheer madness that is Tumblr fandom, but there wasn't anything else that fit in my mind. At the very least, it makes more sense to me nowadays than simply having the tickle implements be floating for no canon-consistent reason. :P
