Context:

Now that you know what he's turning into, Minx has assured San's that the wishes are temporary and she'll promise to grant his second wish this time for realsies!

Just like before, say what San's wish will be and how minx will exploit it! Try and find a way of applying it to his existing changes ;)

Sans's wish:

Minx's exploit:

Changes sans into a beautiful woman so she'll eventually get famous by being a super model and popularity will naturally follow

Or

Sans's wish:

I wish I could talk to animals

Minx's exploit:

Turns Sans's into an anthro Tiger so he can understand tigers. He never specified what animal he wished to understand so she decided to turn him into a Tiger
