I decided to take a break this week and focus on something I've been wanting to update since the beginning of this project and that's the branding.  I disliked the original logo and branding that I've been placing on the images for this project and have been wanting to sit down and come up with a proper logo and color scheme that represents this story better.

I've been so focused on progressing on the game development and coming up with a new logo and style is something that just takes a lot of time and energy but I finally sat down and just focused on it.  I'm happy with the new scheme and if you check the main page, the updated banner as well.  

I'll most likely still work on the silhouettes on the banner more so that may change a couple more times.  I'd like to know your guys thoughts on this change as well :)

Status update: I took a small break after releasing the mini "About" module to take care of a couple of things and now that they're done, I've been working on interiors and planning various interactions with the different things.  Primarily I've been focusing on Lyla's dorm room and the main study hall where you'll begin the game (prologue) portion.  I was originally going to speed things up with the prologue but I have a lot of ideas for adding a lot of meat to the main intro part that will help setup pacing and background information.

Though I know when people play these types of games, once you've experienced the story, there's no reason to go through the prologue again so I'm going to make that whole point skippable if the player so chooses.  Because of that option, I'm going to make the prologue pretty much linear.  Any extra action will just be for player enjoyment and have no actual impact on story choices.
