I operate under the assumption that Centurii lore is like Fate in which a guy character of history and legend is replaced with a waifu version for fun. I don't believe that there are no men around in the Centurii-verse, they just rarely get attention. Think there is a Julius Caesar & Centurii selfie series post somewhere among the past patreon posts.
