Delay and apologies. (Patreon)

Hello everyone,

I hate to bring bad news, especially to my patrons, but I have to face reality:

Dva's Spa Day Act2 won't be delivered on time.

I am deeply sorry to announce such a terrible news and I feel awfully bad about this.

Recently I had to face some IRL crap and it delayed my whole schedule to finish DSD2.
(I don't want to give details about it, but it was a false alarm at the end...)

Anyway, even with this crap and my low level mood,
I wonder if it was even possible to finish DSD2 on time.
Let me explain why:

The entire animation is done and bug fixed. Video editing on VEGAS is done and ready too.
But the last part is harder and longer than I thought: Sound editing.

Sounds effects for seks and fancy stuff are no big deal for me,
but our characters, especially our lovely Dva, is pretty long and tedious to "sound" properly.
Believe me, it's way harder than I thought...
Tons of moaning, reactions etc... in a 45 minutes long movie, it requires a LOT of attention.
(Yes DSD2 will be 45 minutes long, it's official.)

Anyway, without further ado, let's do some Damage Control:

For those who can't wait for a delay and want a quick fap...
The movie is fully edited and loaded, so I can release an exclusive No Sound version of DSD2 on Patreon tomorrow night. (27th of June)
It's all I can do for now... once again, I'm truly sorry about that.

Also, if you want a refund for the month of June, don't hesitate to send me a message through Patreon or Discord.

It usually take 3 to 5 working days to get your refund.
I fucked up, it's on me. So don't hesitate to ask me if you want to!

In the best case scenario, I'll able to finish the sound editing of DSD2 before the end of June. In the worst case... I won't, so I want to give you this alternative.


Right now this is all I can do for the 27th of June, sorry folks.
I wish I could turn this bad news into a wonderful one,
but the reality is that I still have some work to do... and I better get back to it right now.

It's alright, it takes time to make art, and shit happens really, as long as the product is delivered, I will wait and be patient

Hey trust me i know what's it's like to deal wi IRL BS. So take your time and deliver the video when you can. And don't worry about the date sometimes in life things don't go as planned this is something we must live with so don't worry about your mistake and again take your time and take care of yourself first! 👍👍👌👌😊😊

It's cool man, you're working super hard! Asking for a refund would be insane, I'm more than happy to continue supporting you because I know how much pride and effort you put into your work. Even if nothing is released, I trust on the back end you're doing as much as you safely can.

Listen Everyone, you've got to remember that the guy is doing a 40+ MINUTE FILM here. Of course it will take longer than your average 10 minute film, he's got to double check that everything is all spot on and in motion. To put on top of that, he needs to make sure the sound syncs with the voices and the movement of the characters, so you have to keep in mind that for a film this long, you can never expect it to be done on the day, especially when expectation is also on the line of people's opinions and the guy is making to the very best to satisfy everyone's needs. PLEASE DON'T HOLD A GRUDGE ON HIM IF IT DOESN'T COME OUT! REMEMBER, THIS IS HIS ONLY INCOME HE HAS AND HE WANTS EVERYONES SUPPORT WHEN HE NEEDS IT THE MOST. If you were in his shoes how would you feel?

Please take as long as you need, I fully understand that project timelines can get away from you, it happens all the time at my job. Like, you're CLEARLY trying your hardest and putting the work in, its just taking a lot longer then you would like. And thats perfectly fine by me. I support you for you, and will continue to do so no matter how many delays happen, because you clearly are putting the effort in on this project and just your content in general. Please don't be too hard on yourself, delays happen in real life all the god-damn time. Take breaks when you need to, don't work yourself to death trying to get this done, your health comes first!!!!!! Thank you for all the hard work you do!!

Ohhh mah Boomaloom... Thank you so so much for your super kind message bro! Sound is indeed a very tricky part since I got to make sure that everything fits and syncs correctly, plus you know I'm very picky with sounds effects... It's a part of my signature ;) Now I'm working hard, but with peace of mind :)

I never thought I had a delay for this project, but shit happens :/ I've put a lot into it and i'm glad you guys noticed it :) Plus I got to make sure that the sound will be top notch, no matter what! Hardcore sounds are a part of my signature so I have make things right ;)
