A quick bit of history: Ranma and Genma visit Shampoo's village- starving- and eat a feast that was meant for the winner of a tournament. Shampoo is outraged and makes challenge, only to be swiftly defeated by Ranma!

However, as Ranma is a boy this go around, instead of getting the Kiss of Death Ranma gets a kiss on the lips- and a whole lot more. 😳

This isn't the only part of their relationship that gets accelerated. While Ranma has historically rejected Shampoo's advances, the wily Amazon has found a way to win him over... though it's possible the feast softened him up a bit too!
