hey chintora you may want to review what posts are visible to anyone and restrict that some if you haven't. some user clearly decided to report you if it happened both here and twitter. so change updates you may want to make only visible to patreons if you haven't already.

Thank you so much but don't worry too much about this, I've finished confirming with the Patreon team and everything is fine! I think I will be more cautious in the future when posting Before that I made a small mistake in posting posts in public mode and did not realize that error! So it was very likely someone was report that posts , but in the end it was still a consequence that reminded me to be more careful later.
