New Goal + tier updates (Patreon)

So now that this account is starting to gain a lot more traction, and I'm slowly starting to focus on more content that *I* want to do, rather than just working on commissions back to back, I decided to update my page with a goal, and a new tier! 

It's not much, but it's for those that want to contribute a little bit more to help me achieve my goal to put out higher quality content, more frequently. 

(I'm also probably gonna follow the same formula on my other account at some point soon as well, to fully make the cross from commission-based content to my own original content, so that I'm happier overall)
