Ch. 002 Progress and thoughts (Patreon)

First off — IT'S A NEW YEAR!!! I hope you all were able to celebrate in the best way you could. I won't lie, while 2020 was a hard year for us all, I can't ignore the highlights. Overall, it's been a productive year, and it just feels right to start the year off with more BSV progress <3

I'd made a video on twitter talking about how I'd considered ending episode 1 with Chapter 003 (giving it a 22-24 minute runtime). It made sense in the moment... But the more I look over the flow of the storyboards... I actually think I need to walk back that spontaneous announcement.

The first full episode will just be ridiculously long... but it'll have the story-arch I'm aiming for. There's no rules to this, we make the rules. So I'm going to stick to the original plan (as tantalizing as the idea of bumping up the end of episode 1 was).

Deadlines are always dangerous to throw around, however I'm setting a loose deadline for the 2nd half of Chapter 002 : Jan, 11. I like that number. 

The 2nd half is essentially all the events after the intro of the village (if you follow on twitter, you've been seeing it). And while I'm sharing small clips on twitter, once the 2nd half is done, I'll be posting it as a patreon-only video update of that completed progress. 

And with that, back to work! Happy new year you guys, huge hugs, and let's kick the crap outta 2021.
