Balthazar is an ancient vampire who had high power and influence in medieval times. But time passes, everything changes. In the modern world, vampires have lost their power over people and must hide in the twilight of the night which also led to a partial loss of vampiric powers. He does not like this way of life and wants to unite the remaining vampires into a powerful clan and return their power and influence.
