Welcome Consulter,

As promised you are eligible to access all accessory and character designs.  Since Patreon does not allow us to attach archives, I have hosted my assets on sync.  Please read this page as it contains important information on the welcome pack.

Starting in April 2024

Due to patreon pages being leaked to shady sites and piracy concerns, welcome pack access information will not be put on this page anymore. If a community member pledged as a Consulter or Merchant in month N, they will receive an email with the welcome pack information for month N. Emails may land in your spam so please check accordingly.

Community members have been asking for a pay annually subscription option for my patreon. I didn't want to do this because I couldn't think of tangible benefits to include for this sort of thing. But since there's high demand, I've set it as follows for now. Consulters/Merchants on a pay annually option will get 16% off. They will also immediately qualify for all bonus rewards. I'll try to think of more benefits for an annual subscription as well.

Important notice.  Certain items in the welcome pack will be removed by December 10th, 2023.  New members will have this list emailed to them.  Explanation here.

Due to events beyond my control, I will not show many of the Grimdark updates on patreon anymore.    Explanation here.  But you can still access the old WIPs in the links below.  These are just the WIPs not the actual stl files. Welcome pack information will be sent by email now as explained above.

All updates are organised by folder date YYYYMMDD

I do not include a lot of designs in the galleries because of previous interference.  I have deliberately made a lot of them vague and hard to find.  But here's a list of items Grimdark fans will likely find interesting in the welcome pack:

As of January 2023, there is a new Rewards System.  Full details here.

All projects are stored in .7z which is an archive format like .zip or .rar and generally has better compression.  If you don't have a .7z extractor, just download the .exe from https://www.7-zip.org.  These archives are quite large to preserve detail and more items get added as time goes on.  I recommend downloading them individually instead of the entire welcome package at once.

How to suggest characters for monthly polls.

There is a new voting system.  All patrons can put suggestions in the boxes.  Please make sure they are in the right genre and have a proper name:

I am in the slow process of organizing the welcome pack which is just getting larger as time goes on.  Here is a link to the gallery showing what is where.  Filenames are organized by YYYYMM format.  For example 202304 items are in the April2023_GrimdarkMonth folder.

MMF reward links are sent out to eligible patrons on Sundays.  They contain each month's newest items and have diagrams showing what design corresponds to which archive.

Super glad to be a new Patron, love your work! I am trying to find the "Single" (smaller) size pre-supported Ruler in pose 3 (running), whereabouts is that please? In the Legendary Figures folder there is pre-supported pose one and two in Single, and pre-supported all three in Parts, but can't find pose three in Single. Any help would be great, it's the model that pushed me over the edge in signing up and would love to print and use it!

Hi, Thanks, I'm glad you like the designs! 👍 In terms of height, the designs all follow a standard template. Single version archives are 50mm in height and parts versions are 100mm in height. This is the same for all the presupported versions.

Hi Joe, that's strange I can't message you either. A few patrons have an incorrect password issue although the reason isn't clear. My best advice is this: copy and paste the link/password combination into notepad. Do the copy/paste from notepad into the URL and when sync prompts you for the password. This should remove any typing errors or special character interpretations by your keyboard.

sync is pretty bad in the USA too. Slow and sometimes times out complete on large files like these and forces you to tediously download one at a time. Google Drive and MyAirBridge are way better and much faster.

Sync is just poor quality period. I have 1Gb/s connection and I get 404 errors or a continuous getting file ready where it never compiles the dl to be ready.

Hi Sabrina, I would recommend downloading individual folders instead of the entire Tier 3 welcome pack at once. My welcome pack is a lot larger than most it seems.

Hi Ben, there seem to be intermittent regional issues with sync. I think it's best to wait a period and try again. Also, I advise downloading single folder projects instead of the entire Tier 3 welcome package.

Standard complaint about Sync, I've tried several times since the 2nd to download and today is the first time I was able to get anything downloading without constant 502 gateway errors. I don't have any good suggestions for resolving the problem but Sync doesn't seem to care as any emails to them have gone without reply.

Agreed, Sync has been getting worse and worse as the months pile on. You should really start looking for an alternative delivery method. I wouldn't be opposed to MyMiniFactory.

The various download services were not ready for 3dprinting,and were barely ready for images. They had set up for mostly documents, basic pictures, etc. And you can tell by their initially low space and transfer limits. Over the past few years, space has gone up, but transfer has lagged. Sadly, this created the opportunity for MMF to sort of take over. One must believe in the stability and *honesty* of their platform (eg: things don't disappear) and their longevity. But, their scalability is actually maintainable once they get through their growing pains. Users add minimal storage requirements to their system, vs the creators. The same files are "shared" among the accounts, so their big issue is bandwidth, which can be added. As they forge their alliance with Patreon (it's their cash cow, it seems) the tools and integration will get better. There are other sites out there, Gumroad, MiniHoarder, DTRPG, many individual sites, etc. But MMF has taken over pretty much as the central site... but realize, it's been less than a year for this - and things could change just as quickly. But, it does make dealing with Patreons easier to have MMF behind the forums, rather than seeking out and trying to deal with sync, mega, google download etc. The file sharing services were never set up for the gigabyte transfers being made on them.

I'm not sure what 50mm or 100mm peg means? Is it the max printable scale? I've imported May 2022 Demon Lord Fullbody into Blender and it says the size is 45 meters. How do I calculate the actual print size?

Is the hunter supposed to be included in the April 2021 Tier 3 folder? The terrains are there like mentioned on the original post for Tier 2.

April 2021 Hunter in Tier 2 has 3 versions of Chaos Knight model inside of it (apart fom Jungle Terrain). I guess it's an error.
