Personal Update (Patreon)

Hey folks, not posting anything particularly interesting to share with y’all today, but thought I might offer up a mini update on me. As y’all have seen over the last couple of weeks I am working on a couple of different essays rn. They’re coming together but wow is it a lot slower going than my writing process was last year.

I got COVID a month and a half ago now (only a few weeks after my top surgery) and I am fighting every day through a lot of brain fog and fatigue. Add that onto all of the chronic pain (which has also been worse since the infection) and it’s pretty rough to do much of anything. I AM writing, but it’s feeling more difficult and slow. The research part is okay (hence all the resources focused posts lately) but trying to form words and bring ideas together is coming slowly. So uh, please keep that in mind if you are impatient for more of my work. I’m truly doing my best!

Thank you all again for your support. Money is tighter and tighter with medical bills and a more and more disabled body. If it weren’t for y’all’s support I would be in an even worse place, and I can’t put into words just how much I appreciate it. My apologies when that support doesn’t get you much in return when I’m having difficult times with my health and thank you so much for sticking with me through those times. 🙏🖤
