Furvie's first activation of Morningstar artifact. King's fire is extremely painful, its different from normal dragons fire, and corrupts beings and overwhelms opponents with fear and distress. Tanya is not affected by such corruption because one of the Morningstar properties is staving off corruption and illness. Furvie has no such protection hence why his arm and fur burns off from contact with it, revealing his dragon arm beneath dog fur.

A recap, King is a variant of Furvie, his is far more ancient than any other beings, on the tier list he is a cataclysmic scale being. The reason why he has lived for so long is because in his timeline, he never stopped seeking revenge and was never able to let go of loss. Never able to get over grief and pain, power filled the void. Learning magic as he went along, time travel went off from there, conquering different worlds to just get more power and harness strong artifacts. In our main timeline we already have a few artifacts. But King is in possession of at least a few from other worlds, one being chain of bound. There is no version of this artifact in our main world.

No, Furvie is not the strongest beings in all of existence, this is just focusing on his story, ofcourse there are beings far greater than he is. In our main timeline Furvie is not the strongest at all, he is far above Tanya but people like Jia and Toffee are way more powerful than Furvie is. He is the weakest doccumented dragon. King however..well.. theres no need for further explaination.

Yes, King is a dragon like Furvie is, afterall he is just a variant of Furvie, but he went down a dark dark path. His lust for power ascended him beyond dragons and into godhood. Any being can ascend to the next level just not easy and almost never happens, but possible.
