Hello! It’s been so hot in the states, I’ve been mostly staying indoors this summer. I got sick again so I’ve been resting a lot I think overall in my life this is the worst health I’ve had. Beyond hospitalizations as a kid.

I’ve been eating healthily monitoring my vitamins and such. Just because my health has nose dived so much I wonder if changing how I eat and really focusing on health will improve it. I also bought an exercise bike too since I’m not able to leave home much these days.
