Just wanted to share something I learned in art therapy and how it helps with stress and negative emotions. Scrapbooking! My therapist use to suggest tactile methods to help snap me out of mood spirals.


So things like ripping paper to release frustration, not planning things when you put them on paper. Just letting emotions flow onto a page. Whilst making something cute and aesthetically pleasing helps me cope a bit. Above is one for Belle!


I also did one for Aurora as well. A lot of times I use stickers from viewers so thank you all for helping me destress a little! No plans only focusing on the piece. Hope this helps!
