The duel between Mirio and Mineta was about to start.

Everyone also moved to the side since they didn't want to interrupt this battle. More importantly, they also wanted to see whether Mirio could get better off Mineta. Yet even if they thought that way, no one thought that Mineta would lose.

Even Midoriya didn't think that Mineta would lose since even if he didn't want to admit it, Mineta's strength was something that one might not be able to achieve in their life.

It wasn't a matter of hard work.

It was a matter of fate.

Everything was decided by fate, and it was impossible for a human to struggle against it since it couldn't be seen.

Yet, even so, Midoriya couldn't give up. With that in mind, he also quickly recovered and took his notes, wanting to write all the things which he found during this duel, so he could learn one or two things.

"Who do you think will win?"

"Mineta."

There was no doubt. Even Nejire thought so, but Tamaki sighed and felt that everything wouldn't be so simple.

"Mirio's Quirk isn't so simple."

While the image of Mirio winning this duel didn't appear, Tamaki couldn't imagine Mirio would lose.

To be honest, Class 1-A didn't know the details of Mirio's Quirk since Nejire, Aizawa, and Tamaki didn't explain it. However, they could tell that it was strong since Mirio could defeat all of them.

However...

"Mineta will win." Hagakure was full of conviction, and there was no doubt in her voice.

Nejire looked at Hagakure with wonder before she shook her head.

While his classmates talked to each other, Mineta stood in front of Mirio. They faced each other with a five-meter distance separating them. In this duel, many people became the audience, including Nezu, All-Might, and Recovery Lady.

Still, as Mineta had said before. If he worked with Aizawa, they would be invincible. However, he was alone, and his opponent was Mirio, whose Quirk could make himself intangible. While no one would think that Mineta would lose, the worst result would be a draw since Mineta might not be able to defeat Mirio.

"Yosh!" Mirio clapped his cheeks excitedly and shouted, "Come on!" He knew that he didn't have a chance to win, but even so, he was excited since he knew it was his chance to become even stronger.

To be honest, watching Mirio, Mineta felt that this person was more suitable to become All-Might's inheritor.

Mirio was bright, and he was also full of positivity.

While he wasn't affected by Mirio's smile, he knew that the others would be easily affected.

Meanwhile, Midoriya was all gloomy, nerdy, and also crying all the time.

A hero should be an existence that brings peace of mind to everyone, yet this guy kept crying, which made people who were being protected by him worry and restless.

Yet, probably, All-Might had almost given up on Midoriya. The only reason why he inherited his Quirk from Midoriya was that he knew no one could wield the power of All-For-One except for Midoriya since Midoriya was Quirkless.

If it was other people, they would die.

The Quirkless people might not be only Midoriya, but All-Might knew Midoriya's character, so even if he was helpless, there was nothing he could do currently.

Anyway, leaving this matter aside, they wanted to start their battle as soon as possible.

Aizawa stood on their sides as the referee. He looked at the two and asked, "Are you two ready?"

"Yes!"

"You can start, Sensei."

"Okay." Aizawa took a deep breath. "Start!"

Suddenly, Mineta appeared in front of Mirio.

No one was able to react, including Mirio.

Mirio could only widen his eyes before he slumped to the ground while holding his stomach in pain. "Ugh!"

".........."

What?

What's happening?

They were in a daze, watching the change which happened in front of them.

"Eh? Done? Really?"

Nejire was dumbfounded, but Tamaki could only widen his eyes.

Many thought the duel wouldn't be so simple, but it was so simple that they couldn't say anything!

"Your first weakness."

"Hahaha..." While his solar plexus was punched, Mirio still laughed. "Is this a weakness?" Mineta's speed was too unbelievable, and he didn't think that anyone he saw would be able to match his speed.

"To be honest, you're weak against a surprise attack."

"...surprise attack," Mirio murmured and didn't argue since the way to activate his Quirk was quite troublesome, so without a doubt, a surprise attack, and attack, which he couldn't see, was his weakness.

"Do you want to do it again? I can point out your other weaknesses. Of course, this time, I won't attack you so suddenly like that."

"............"

Mirio was in silence and somehow felt that his pride was shattered, but it didn't really matter.

What Mineta did was something similar to what Mirio did to his classmates; he believed that he could take down Mirio even if he didn't make a sneak attack. To be honest, it damaged Mirio's pride, but it was okay since this was his chance to grow up.

Holding his stomach, Mirio stood up slowly and took a deep breath before he looked at Mineta with a determined gaze. "Please!"

"Okay. You can start anytime. I will stand here."

Mineta followed his previous words, and he just stood there. He didn't seem to intend to move, showing his full confidence that even if Mirio used his Quirk, he could deal with it.

Frankly, while Mineta didn't say anything, he also felt annoyed by Mirio for punching his woman. It might seem mean and petty, but so what?

Mirio, who had calmed down and recovered, also quickly calmed himself. To be honest, he knew that he had underestimated Mineta.

Why did many people call Mineta the next symbol of peace?

Naturally, because of his power!

Mirio thought that as long as he had his Quirk, even if he faced many strong people, he would be alright, but it seemed that everything wasn't so simple. Still, it was all good since that way; he could grow.

"Then, I will start! Phantom Menace!"

Mirio's figure fell to the ground before he appeared in a different place before he disappeared again and appeared in another place. He was moving from one place to another with a blinding speed as if he was teleporting.

"Wh-What is this?"

"Amazing..."

Everyone in Class 1-A was dumbfounded by Mirio's speed, but Tamaki, Nejire, and Aizawa thought differently. They knew that Mirio was serious.

Phantom Menace.

It was Mirio's ultimate move. By deactivating and activating his Quirk, he used the ejective property and catapulted himself from one place to another. His speed was so fast since his velocity increased by launching out of the environment due to physics (objects with mass cannot overlap).

If Mirio used it in an enclosed space, the effect would be better, but a beggar can't be a chooser.

At that moment, Mirio made a feint by ejecting himself into Mineta, ready to make him scared before he gave a surprise attack, but when he was about to reach Mineta, his chin was punched.

"Eh?"

Mirio fell to the ground as he felt his entire body dizzy and weak, yet he forced himself to look up and saw his figure was so huge at this moment, causing him to lower his head and sigh at his loss.

"That's your second weakness."

"............."

Everyone could only stay still and sighed, thinking that Mineta was invincible.
